I co-founded the Creative Agency Paper Moose. Starting as a boutique art and film collective, we expanded from a small team to a full-service Creative Agency in as little as six years. I had the pleasure of growing with Paper Moose building the brand as a Graphic Designer, from servicing clients as an Art Director to heading up the design department as the Head of Design. 

My responsibilities included creating campaigns from ideation to production, developing brands, creating brand visual systems, and managing multiple teams of designers, programmers, copywriters, and directors while working in a highly collaborative team. I regularly researched and reported on emerging visual and tech trends and led educational and team up-skilling sessions. 

Some of the accounts I worked on were Universal Music, Lion, Vodafone, Lipton, AMP, CBA, Krispy Kreme, Kit Kat, Sanitarium, Menulog, Dexus, The MCA, The EPA, and Westpac. As well as winning awards for strategic creative for clients such as AMP, Lipton Ice Tea, and the City of Sydney.
